Scrambled eggs...to add milk or not
Hey, I have a question for all. I make my scrambled eggs with NO milk added. My wife and I always disagreed on this. She says scrambled eggs should have a tablespoon of milk or cream added. She says it makes them more fluffy. I don't think it makes any difference. How is everyone else making their scrambled eggs?

Larry ole thing. If you tell YOUR recipe to an egg, it will crack up laughing.
Your good lady is correct... now enlighten us by disclosing your recipe for poached eggs. |

RE: Scrambled eggs...to add milk or not
Sometimes I use milk, I think it makes it creamy. Usually, I use plain old tap water. I whisk them until they start to get foamy. This ALWAYS makes fluffy scrambled eggs, unless you overcook them. Turn the heat off before they are quite done, then turn over once before serving. I season them once they are in the pan by sprinkling the salt and pepper over all the eggs in the skillet. Make sure to have the heat on medium low so they do not brown.

With milk...and do 'em in the microwave rather than a pan.
